Greek Tapenade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup green olives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Solon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Nafsika’s Garden feta style, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Kalas Iodized Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shallow rimmed plate. Add more olive oil if needed.
  2. Enjoy with crusty bread, crackers, or veggie sticks.
