Greek Tapenade
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup green olives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Solon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Nafsika’s Garden feta style, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp Kalas Iodized Sea Salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shallow rimmed plate. Add more olive oil if needed.
- Enjoy with crusty bread, crackers, or veggie sticks.
