Ingredients:

  • 1 store-bought puff pastry (thawed according to package instructions)
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • 200g Nafsika’s Garden cream cheese style
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 tsp apricot jam

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Puff Pastry: Lay the thawed puff pastry on a lined baking sheet. Brush
    the borders of each puff with oil or vegan milk. Sprinkle everything bagel
    seasoning generously along the borders to create a flavourful crust.
  3. Bake the Pastry: Bake the puff pastry shells on the middle rack of your oven for
    12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffy (follow the baking time on
    the package instructions if needed).
  4.  Press Down the Centres: Once baked, remove the puff pastry from the oven. Using
    the back of a spoon or a shot glass, gently press down the centre of each puff to
    create a well for the filling. Let the pastries cool slightly while you prepare the filling.
  5. Make the Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, combine Nafsika’s
    Garden cream cheese, chopped parsley, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, a pinch
    of salt, and black pepper. Beat until smooth and all ingredients are fully
    incorporated.
  6. Pipe the Filling: Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or a zip-lock
    bag with a corner snipped off for easy filling. Pipe the herb cream cheese mixture
    into the centre of each puff pastry.
  7. Top with Apricot Jam: Add a dollop of apricot jam on top of the cream cheese
    filling in each puff for a delightful contrast of sweet and savoury flavours.
  8. Serve and Enjoy! These herby, creamy puffs with a touch of sweetness are perfect
    for a snack, appetizer, or light brunch. Serve them fresh and watch them
