Bagel Board with Herbed Cream Cheese: A Fun and Flavourful Brunch Idea

Ingredients:       

  • 200g Nafsika’s Garden cream cheese vegan style, garlic and herbs
  • 3 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 3 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Drizzle of maple syrup
  • 3–4 sesame bagels

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Slice each bagel in half, then cut into quarters or sixths to create individual pieces. Place the cut sides up on a large baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bagels are golden and toasted. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly while you prepare the board

  4. Spread the Nafsika’s Garden Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese in a thick, even layer across a platter, board, or large plate.

  5. Top the cream cheese with chopped chives, dill, lemon zest, everything but the bagel seasoning, and a light drizzle of maple syrup.
